Very briefly in the manga and multiple times in the artbooks, this is the princess gown of Sailor
Jupiter. Sailor Jupiter is the tom-boyish lightning wielder of the Sailor Scouts. She’s strong
independent and right to the point.
This costume was made to be paired with a commissioned Princess Venus gown. When costumes
were being discussed I jumped at the chance to make myself a Jupiter gown. Sailor Jupiter had
always been my favourite scout and it was a pleasure to get to dress up as her.
